We want to make you aware of a scam that has been circulating recently and targeting motor carriers.

Several of our customers have received a form (similar to the one shown below) requesting a payment of $295 for a private “company” to create and mail a safety manual. While the form may appear official and reference regulatory requirements, it is not affiliated with any government agency.

According to the Better Business Bureau, this solicitation has been reported as a scam. Carriers should not submit payment and should not provide any business or personal information in response to this mailing.
