At Road Ready Registration, Inc. we understand how cumbersome dealing with the State Agency’s can be. Part of our business is not only to process titling and registration, but we have expanded our services to incorporate Consulting and Advisory Services for various situations included but not limited to the following:

• Acquisitions
• Asset transfers of equipment
• Pricing costs for the fair market values in correlation to DMV requirements
• Recommendations regarding the needs of companies regarding their equipment
• Problem solutions to lost documents that need to be reconstructed
• Assistance in obtaining the clearance documents from financial institutions that may have gone out of business and/or transferred their loans to other banks or lending institutions

There are situations that arise for both trucking companies and dealerships along with individuals whereby there is lost documentation from the purchase of equipment that comes from other resources that have never been properly transferred.  We consult and assist with that as well.

With the knowledge and expertise of our staff, Road Ready Registration can assist with the reconstruction of what is necessary for the transfer of equipment in these types of situations.

We also assist in helping Financial Institutions with title security. 

We assist with the cost analysis of equipment that is included in the sale of businesses in conjunction with the fair market values when some of the equipment is being disposed of or transferred out for sale outside of the acquisition.

Additionally, we assist with Audit Services.  Audits for IRP and IFTA can also be a daunting task. 

We maintain original records in a separate secure location for the requirement retention periods while doing business for clients.

The State of California has not yet completely become a paperless State.  In case of an audit, they require the original documents if available and at their discretion if they cannot determine from copies due to clarity of copies, they can assess full penalties to your company.  It is required for you to validate your documentation. We have had great success with submitting the originals at the time of the audit.

Part of our services also include speaking directly to the auditors for you and organizing the documentation needed that is being requested so that the audit is completed with minimal downtime and audit delays. We go the extra mile required to facilitate a successful audit for our clients.

Consulting Services extend beyond title work with Road Ready. What we have to offer occurs during important business decisions and  transitions. For example, when considering whether to purchase a company, we can consult with you beforehand to assist in making your transition smooth and any equipment that is acquired or purchased can be effectively assessed or evaluated. At that time, if there are any titling issues we can assist and make recommendations  with what is required for the transfer of the vehicles into the business name.

Road Ready processes large volumes of title work on a daily basis including mergers, lender changes, and  lender removals once loans are paid in full. We offer discounted pricing on large volume title work for companies that are established with us.

There is no project too small or too large that we cannot tackle.

Keep in mind we don’t  always take our work to the State Office for title and registration and can have a much faster turnaround time processing because we also have the ability to process in-house, issuing plates and registration for directly from our office.

We have successfully transferred titles and made corrections for companies that have restructured, changed their names, or became LLC’s or Corporations. Organizing the transition is paramount so that the transfers all get completed successfully.
