Please be aware, as of January 2023, California is deploying Roadside Emissions Monitoring Devices (REMD) to check for possible high emitting vehicles. A Notice to Submit to Testing (NST) letter will be sent to the owners of equipment classified as possible high emitters, giving them 30 days to submit a successful emissions test to CARB.
